Physical Design Engineer – Barcelona

I am looking for Physical Design Engineers of all levels to come and join a client in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Global company that develops ICs for a huge range of markets including cloud computing, consumer, and automotive. They are now looking to expand their team so now is an excellent time to join.

As a Physical Design Engineer, you will work across all aspects of Physical Design, designing products that are used in power management and mixed-signal functions.

Requirements

1. Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering or a related field
2. Knowledge of the entire PD flow from netlist to GDS (Floorplanning, Power planning, Placement & Optimisation, CTS, Routing, post-route optimisation, and DRC closure)
3. Experience in logic synthesis, conformal, static timing analysis, and Place and Route (PnR)
4. Experience using industry-standard tools
5. Fluent in English (written and verbal)

This client also has offices in Portugal and the Netherlands and is happy for Engineers to be based at these sites as well if desirable.
