Una empresa de Insurtech en rápido crecimiento busca un Desarrollador PHP Backend Senior para unirse a su equipo en España. El candidato ideal contará con más de 5 años de experiencia en PHP y Symfony, y tendrá la oportunidad de trabajar 100% de forma remota. Ofrecemos un contrato permanente con un rango salarial competitivo entre 65,000 € y 70,000 € brutos al año, además de un entorno colaborativo y oportunidades de crecimiento profesional.

Formación

• Experiencia de 5+ años en desarrollo PHP con un dominio profundo de Symfony.
• Conocimientos sólidos de plataformas en la nube, preferiblemente AWS.
• Experiencia demostrada en la construcción y mantenimiento de sistemas escalables y distribuidos.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollo de backend en PHP usando Symfony.
• Modernización de sistemas mediante la migración de bases de código legadas.
• Colaborar en un equipo multicultural con un enfoque en TDD y mejores prácticas de ingeniería.

They’re now scaling up their backend team and on the lookout for a Senior PHP Developer ready to take on a key technical role in one of their most strategic and high-impact initiatives.

? Tech Stack & Engineering Culture

• PHP backend development with Symfony
• Microservices architecture for scalability and flexibility
• Strong emphasis on TDD, clean code, and best engineering practices
• Modernizing systems: migrating legacy codebases to new architectures
• AWS and cloud-native environments
• A truly multicultural team: native English, Spanish, and Italian speakers
• 5+ years of experience in PHP, with a deep command of Symfony
• Proven background in building and maintaining scalable, distributed systems
• Comfortable working with TDD and a strong focus on quality and testing
• Experience in legacy-to-modern migrations is a big plus
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms, ideally AWS
• Based anywhere in Spain (remote within the country)
