IOT is seeking a Chemist or Chemical Engineer to advance global product strategy in radical photopolymerization for lens manufacturing via Threshold Volumetric Printing. The role expects high proficiency in polymer chemistry and photoinitiator systems, with hands-on work across photopolymer formulations.

The candidate will collaborate with international teams, design experiments, and analyze data to improve material performance.

Formación

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science, OR equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in radical photopolymerization, either through professional projects, or academic research (Master’s thesis or Ph.D. dissertation).
• Strong understanding of polymer chemistry and photoinitiator systems.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with international teams to design, formulate, and optimize photopolymerizable systems for volumetric printing lens manufacturing applications.
• Conduct experimental work on radical photopolymerization processes, ensuring reproducibility and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate photopolymerization into a volumetric printing lens manufacturing workflow.
• Analyze and interpret data to improve material performance and processing efficiency.
