Job Description: Photo Editing Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to create high-quality visual outputs through a unique simulated workflow. In this role, you will:
- Simulate the roles of the task giver and the task receiver, crafting complete, goal-oriented photo editing tasks and executing them to deliver polished, professional-quality images.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ideating business-related photo editing ideas, formulating clear, structured instructions, and completing edits to produce high-quality outputs that align with industry standards.
Important Project Details:
- This is a project-based position until mid-May.
- Payment will be made per approved set.
- The work is structured around daily targets: a minimum of 4-5 sets per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design realistic, business-driven photo editing scenarios requested by business owners, marketers, or branding specialists.
- Develop structured creative briefs that clearly define the project’s goal and expected outcome.
- Curate and incorporate reference images to guide the editing process, style, tone, and visual elements.
- Write multi-turn conversations where the “User” (task giver) requests changes, and the “Editor” (task receiver) refines the work accordingly.
- Execute professional-level photo editing, ensuring all images meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Generate a final high-quality output image that aligns with the scenario and fulfills the brief’s objectives.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional photo editing experience.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other editing platforms.
- Ability to self-generate structured editing tasks and execute them with commercial-level precision.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain high-volume editing and task generation while ensuring quality.
