Descripción del empleo

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Challenger to join the CTO Team within the COO.

The Challenger will collaborate across leadership and squad levels to enhance team performance, ensuring standardization of People’s Development and engagement practices across tribes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Challenging tribe leaders to develop and elevate team standards aligned with the bank's strategy.
  • Enhancing value delivery by optimizing team workflows from ideas to backlog.
  • Supporting continuous improvement through coaching on people, transformation, and WoW agendas.
  • Assisting leadership in talent and capability development: supporting hiring, onboarding, OKRs, step-up processes, off-boarding, and capacity mapping.
  • Ensuring engagement cycles are maintained, and teams and leaders are aware and at their best at every stage.
  • Upskilling transformational competencies and enabling Communities of Practice (CoPs).
  • Participating in leadership reflections on team setup and fostering initiatives from the People’s team.
  • Collaborating on HR initiatives connected to tribe development (Next Gen).
  • Deploying transformational programs such as productivity accelerators.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Motivated, eager to learn about transformation and innovation through hands-on experience.
  • Proven experience in fostering continuous improvement within areas and squads.
  • Knowledge of engagement practices.
  • Experience leading Scrum/Kanban squads (desirable).
  • Certifications in Scrum, Kanban, or Scaling Frameworks (desirable).
  • Coaching certification (desirable).
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking and Lean Startup (desirable).

Soft Skills:

  • High emotional intelligence to effectively impact transformation, adapting roles such as Teacher, Mentor, Facilitator, Coach, Change-Agent, or Domain Expert.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to add value at all organizational layers, especially management.
  • Influence key stakeholders effectively.
  • Proactive, open, and courageous in action.
  • Strong personal productivity skills (GTD desirable).
  • Knowledge of Retail, COO, and CIO environments (desirable).
