Position: Pharmacologist - ADME / DMPK specialist / Toxicology specialist

Experience Level: Ph.D. in Biochemistry/Biology/Cell Biology/Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacology or related fields. Entry level to 5 years relevant industrial R&D experience.

Location: Remote (India, Philippines, Spain, Vietnam)

Company Description: LegalForce RAPC Worldwide P.C., expanding its Life Sciences practice to support clients in pharmaceutical and AI-driven drug discovery. Building a Pharmacology & AI-Driven Drug Development team to support innovative therapies and regulatory pathways.

Role Descriptions:

1. ADME / DMPK specialist: Focuses on discovery and clinical development of medicines across various modalities, delivering data to guide development and regulatory decisions, and collaborating across teams.
2. Toxicology specialist: Develops toxicology strategies, manages research, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads toxicology research throughout product lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing ADME studies, analyzing data, and supporting drug development.
• Formulating and guiding toxicology research strategies, supervising research, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing regulatory documents, and mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in relevant fields with extensive industry experience in drug toxicology research.
• Deep understanding of pharmacology, toxicology, and regulatory guidelines.
• Experience with small molecules, biologics, ADCs, gene therapies, and related areas preferred.
