Job summary

Roche is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager in Sant Cugat, Spain. You will lead end-to-end sourcing projects within diagnostic portfolios, mentor junior managers, and advise executive leadership. You will drive PPV savings, manage complex contracts, and ensure compliance with global policies while coordinating with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business or Life Sciences (MBA/desirable).
• 5-7+ years in sourcing and end-to-end contract management.
• Knowledge of global supplier landscape and complex procurement categories.

Responsibilities

• Drive global sourcing and contracting excellence to deliver financial value.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities (RfIs/RfQs/RfPs) with cross‑functional teams.
• Set up and review high-complexity contracts and maintain lifecycle documentation.
• Act as SME to simplify workflows and ensure compliance with global policies.
• Partner with AP to resolve supplier-related bottlenecks and advance CSR initiatives.
• Provide monthly/quarterly updates to leadership on project status and outcomes.
