Job summary

Insud Pharma is seeking a Launch Specialist to bridge development and manufacturing, ensuring new products are ready for initial production. You will coordinate key functions to meet quality, cost, and service goals, driving successful market introductions.

You will oversee multiple launches, manage timelines, and collaborate with engineering, QA, regulatory, and supply chain teams while maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or regulated sectors.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of technology transfer processes, quality assurance, and supply chain.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate launch plans for new products, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, QC, Production, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Finance) for launches.
• Serve as operational point of contact for internal and external clients for assigned launches.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; manage launch documentation and data accuracy.
• Prioritize activities to maximize speed, service level and value.
