ROIS is seeking a Project Manager for our new products department at our Madrid plant. Based in Madrid, you will lead RFI/RFP efforts, coordinate with Engineering, Quality, HSE, Operations and Controlling to build compelling proposals and estimate CAPEX/OPEX and unit costs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in proposal management, NPI, or technical project management.
• Ability to interpret technical specs into compelling proposals.
• Deep understanding of the RFI/RFP lifecycle and vendor selection processes.
• Excellent skills in organizing complex multi-component projects under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• RFI/RFP Leadership & Evaluation: lead the evaluation process for RFI/RFPs and estimate costs and timelines for CAPEX, OPEX, and unit price.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: collaborate with Engineering, Quality Control, HSE, Operations and Controlling to gather production feasibility and timelines.
• NPI Strategy Alignment: align proposal strategies with corporate goals, business development, and NPI stage-gate processes.
• Risk Mitigation: identify risks and propose mitigation strategies for technical, supply chain, or financial aspects.
• Document Development: drive the development and review of high-quality, compliant proposals highlighting ROIS' USP.
• Strategic Technical Interface: serve as primary contact for deep-dive technical discussions and due diligence with client counterparts.
• Requirement Synthesis: translate client requirements back to internal teams for final proposals.
• Technical Due Diligence: organize Technical Site Visits with SMEs showcasing ROIS maturity.
• Process Improvement: maintain the proposal content repository and improve submission procedures.
• Internal Training & Mentorship: train peers on NPI processes and best practices to elevate team expertise.
• Technical-to-Operational Translation: lead handover sessions turning commitments into milestones.
