Job summary

Beiersdorf in Spain is seeking a Launch & Re-launch Coordinator to support successful product launches, relaunches, changes and innovation projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will lead cross-functional activities across Supply Chain, Production, Technical, Quality, and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Fluent English; SAP and Excel skills required; Power BI or PM tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate product launch and relaunch projects from a factory perspective.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project milestones, risks, dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment among local and global stakeholders.
• Coordinate the implementation of new products, product changes and innovation initiatives.
• Support Value Engineering and continuous improvement initiatives when applicable.
