Job summary

Nuvolar Works is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT initiatives in the diagnostics sector. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with regulatory and governance standards.

You will support Agile practices and report progress to senior management while maintaining strong stakeholder communication in English. A hybrid onsite presence is part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or diagnostics.
• Strong skills in budget control, resource management, timeline tracking, risk management, and project reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management approaches.
• Excellent oral and written English; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of IT projects from planning to closure.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed plans, timelines, and milestones; ensure tasks are on schedule.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and manage resources effectively.
• Identify risks and issues; propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and governance processes.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and partners.
• Support agile practices including sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
