Nuvolar Works is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead IT initiatives in the pharmaceutical diagnostics sector. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, coordinating with technical teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure regulatory compliance and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to translate complex technical details into actionable plans in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting.

Formación

• 3+ years IT project management experience, preferably in regulated sectors.
• Strong budget control, resource management, and timeline tracking.
• Technical understanding of IT systems, cloud-based solutions, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional PM approaches.
• Excellent communication in English with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and coordination of cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full lifecycle of IT projects from planning to closure.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and manage resources.
• Identify risks and issues, propose mitigations, escalate when needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality, regulatory requirements, and governance.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders and partners.
• Report status, progress, and metrics to senior management.
• Support Agile practices, including sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
