Ideogen, a Swiss pharmaceutical group, is seeking a hands-on Finance & Operations professional to support international finance, order administration, and supply chain coordination.

You will work across functions, monitor accounts receivable and payable, assist month-end close, and help implement practical process improvements using ERP and CRM tools. Excellent English is required; additional European languages are a plus.

Formación

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, or a similar hybrid role.
• Experience in pharma, biotech, FMCG, or another regulated industry is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; CRM exposure is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI or similar reporting tools are an advantage.
• Interest in AI-driven and digital tools is an advantage.
• Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent English skills; German, French, or another European language is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage order administration and customer service to ensure timely, accurate execution.
• Monitor accounts receivable and support payment collection.
• Monitor accounts payable and support invoice validation and payment processing.
• Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting preparation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement practical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
