What you’ll do :

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving growth and establishing OPINATOR as the leader in CX and VoC solutions. Specifically, you’ll :

• Create, grow, and manage a portfolio of new clients, showcasing the value of OPINATOR’s cutting-edge platform.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, managing the sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiations and close.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
• Develop strong relationships with clients while collaborating with internal teams (presales, customer success, etc.) to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, industry challenges, and customer needs to tailor solutions and provide feedback to enhance our offerings.
• Represent OPINATOR with professionalism and integrity as a trusted partner and thought leader in the CX space.

Requirements :

What We’re Looking For :

• A proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, with 3–5+ years of experience.
• Experience working in Customer Experience or VoC solutions, with familiarity in competitive market landscapes.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 / C2); additional languages are a plus.
• A Bachelor’s degree (a Master’s is a bonus).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence.
• A hunter mentality, always eager to pursue the next opportunity and exceed expectations.
