The ideal candidate will possess excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and have experience in a similar role. Descripción del empleo

Support and relief of the CEO in day-to-day business

  1. Appointment coordination, calendar maintenance, follow-up of appointments
  2. Liaising with senior staff at regional, national, and international higher education institutions, professional bodies, associate centers, and other similar institutions to maintain professional relationships
  3. Coordinating and mentoring online and in-person meetings
  4. Organization of business trips and travel expense accounting
  5. Project coordination support as required by the CEO
  6. Proactively managing communication with the CEO
  7. Preparing briefing notes and direct reports
  8. Organizing corporate and senior management events
  9. Translating correspondence from Spanish to English and drafting correspondence as dictated or directed by the CEO

Your profile

Knowledge & Skills :

  1. Completed university degree
  2. Relevant multiannual professional experience as a personal assistant
  3. Excellent organization and time management skills
  4. Self-motivated team player who is confident and flexible, with the ability to establish a strong rapport with senior management and key stakeholders, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Very good knowledge of Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
