Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's busy calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itineraries.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and business engagements.
  • Assist in personal tasks such as shopping, errands, and family-related activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Liaise with employees, suppliers, clients, and partners on behalf of the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard office hours when necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Able to speak both Spanish and English.
