Job Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CEO's busy calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itineraries.
Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and business engagements.
Assist in personal tasks such as shopping, errands, and family-related activities.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Liaise with employees, suppliers, clients, and partners on behalf of the CEO.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Flexibility to work outside standard office hours when necessary.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting C-level executives.
Able to speak both Spanish and English.
