This pivotal in-office role involves coordinating operations, managing communications, and ensuring efficient administrative processes. Ideal candidates are solution-oriented, fluent in Dutch and English, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Formación

  • Fluent in Dutch and English; Spanish is a major advantage.

Location: Costa del Sol, Spain (in-office role)

Contract: Full-time

One of our clients, a premium vacation rental company operating across the Costa del Sol, is looking for a highly organised, proactive and trustworthy Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Director and coordinate daily operations from our main office.

This is a key role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and enjoys being at the heart of a growing company.

Your role:

You’ll be the right hand of the Director, acting as the operational hub of the business:

  • First point of contact for property owners and partners
  • Coordinate the technical service team and external providers
  • Identify and follow up on property-related issues
  • Manage administrative tasks and reporting through Monday.com
  • Oversee the Director’s agenda, emails, and follow-up actions
  • Ensure efficient, structured internal communication

Your profile:

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A highly organised, independent and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Proven experience in administration, office management, or real estate/project coordination
  • Fluent Dutch and English (Spanish is a major advantage)
  • Full availability during office hours, including high season and holiday periods
