This part-time position offers an immediate start under a permanent contract, focusing on promoting autonomous living, personal dignity, and active community participation both at home and across the local community.

Your main tasks include:

• Providing personal care assistance with basic daily routines such as hygiene, dressing, and eating.
• Offering active accompaniment at home, in the workplace, during studies, and throughout leisure activities.
• Facilitating interpersonal interaction using alternative communication systems.
• Assisting with the coordination and structured planning of day-to-day schedules.
• Performing driving duties to support mobility and social integration.
• Managing exceptional or unplanned tasks arising from the spontaneous flow of daily life.

To be considered for this opening, you must meet the following criteria:

• Completed intermediate vocational training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio).
• Valid B driving licence held for a minimum of two years (essential requirement).
• Ownership of a vehicle for transport purposes.
• Previous professional experience is not required (0 months), making this an accessible role if you hold the required vocational qualification and driving background.
• Reliability, empathy, and readiness to support autonomy in social and domestic settings.

This position provides a stable, permanent employment relationship with a part-time schedule. Shifts are organized from Monday through Sunday, taking place in either morning or afternoon blocks based on your availability and the specific needs of the service. The position carries a gross annual salary of 11,384.56 EUR, along with direct mileage reimbursement for using your private vehicle on duty. You will join immediately to serve the community in Palma.
