Are you a trained and compassionate care professional looking for a purposeful role supporting others in Palma, Mallorca? An opportunity is open for a dedicated caregiver to assist individuals with physical disabilities in their daily lives. In this position, based directly in Palma, you will work closely with an individual to help maintain their daily routines, personal autonomy, and active community participation. The opening provides a stable, permanent position on a part-time basis of 20 hours per week within the private social services sector.

Your core objective is to deliver personal and mobility support that adapts to the individual's daily environment, both at home and outside. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing hands‑on personal assistance at home, covering basic personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and meal assistance.
• Accompanying the individual during day-to-day activities, including support at home, at work, or during educational studies.
• Assisting with interpersonal communication and helping coordinate appointments, schedules, and daily routines.
• Driving and providing transportation assistance to enable smooth travel between home, community destinations, and work.

To be considered for this role, you must hold the required official certifications and transport credentials:

• An accredited Professional Certificate (Certificado de Profesionalidad) or Vocational Training (FP) in care for dependent individuals, social integration, or physical and sports animation.
• A valid B driving licence and access to your own passenger car.
• Strong communication capabilities, personal responsibility, and a respectful, person-centred approach.
• Full readiness to work on an intensive shift rota covering 20 hours per week.
