Confidential employer in Palma, Mallorca is hiring a Driver for Adapted Transport Services to support people in the community. You will operate adapted passenger vehicles up to 9 seats and ensure safe, reliable transfers for passengers with reduced mobility.

The role is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 13:00 to 17:00, with a 1-year temporary contract, and an annual gross salary of 8,973.50 EUR under the disability centres and services collective agreement. On-site position.

Are you an experienced driver looking for a meaningful role where you can directly support people in your community? A private organization dedicated to social, sociocultural, and community activities is currently seeking a Driver for Adapted Transport Services in Palma, Mallorca. In this role, you will play an essential part in facilitating safe, comfortable, and reliable mobility for passengers across the city.

Your primary responsibility will be operating adapted passenger vehicles (up to 9 seats) specifically designed for the transport of individuals with reduced mobility. As a driver, you will ensure everyday transfers are handled smoothly, safely, and with care. Your daily duties will include:

• Operating adapted transport vehicles with up to 9 passenger seats across designated routes in Palma
• Providing reliable and attentive transportation for individuals with reduced mobility
• Ensuring safety and adherence to road regulations during every transfer
• Performing basic checks to ensure the vehicle remains clean and roadworthy for passengers

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following mandatory criteria:

• A valid Category B driving licence
• An official disability certificate of 33% or greater, or a recognised permanent total disability
• At least 6 months of documented driving experience
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Catalan will be positively valued

This role offers a 1-year temporary employment contract under a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, running Monday to Friday from 13:00 to 17:00. You will earn an annual gross salary of 8,973.50 EUR, governed by the collective bargaining agreement for disability centres and services (Convenio centros y servicios personas con discapacidad). The position is based locally on-site in Palma.
