Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria for a Personal Assistant to the Executive Producer. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the executive’s diary, providing personal and executive administrative assistance, handling communication, and performing various clerical tasks. The role involves scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and assisting with day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth running of the executive's schedule.

  • Strong Communication and Diary Management skills
