Formación

Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to CTO

Apply for the role of Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to CTO at Neurons Lab.

Objective and KPIs

Enable the CTO to focus on leadership, technology, and strategic relationships by managing over 80% of communication and administrative tasks, while maintaining or improving quality standards.

Goals include:

  • Free approximately 10-15 hours per week from specific tasks
  • Manage communication and relationships with 30-50+ people weekly
  • Implement new AI tools for routine tasks
Areas of Responsibility
  • Inbox and correspondence management: triage, answer autonomously, prepare drafts, manage social media and messaging platforms
  • Calendar and schedule management: protect schedules, resolve conflicts, communicate changes
  • Travel and events management: organize bookings, transportation, venues
  • Relationships management: follow-ups, research, outreach, CRM updates
  • Personal and family tasks: organize travel, healthcare, household services, tax reporting
  • Systematization and AI integration: organize digital environments, identify patterns, suggest AI solutions, update prompts
Skills
  • Mastery in inbox triage and asynchronous communication
  • AI tools configuration and prompt engineering
  • High-stakes calendar coordination across time zones
  • Vendor and contract negotiation
  • Project management frameworks (OKR, Kanban, PARA, GTD)
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish; Russian/Ukrainian a plus
Knowledge

Experience
  • Approximately 2 years in roles such as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Project Manager
  • Experience living, studying, or working in the EU, preferably Spain
