Job Role: Personal Assistant

The Personal Assistants provide remote administrative support to the Head of IT/Branch in our client organization, facilitating collaboration with and between clients and constantly striving to ease their workload through various administrative tasks, as outlined below.

What you will do

  1. Calendar and inbox management
  2. Scheduling and organizing meetings
  3. Sending reminders and standard communications
  4. Following up on to-do’s & action items
  5. Preparing presentation documents & report consolidation
  6. Coordinating events or international workshops, including logistics and agenda setting (online, hybrid, onsite)
  7. Processing reimbursements and invoice checks
  8. Travel management
  9. Handling general administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests

Qualifications

  • Good communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken (German is a plus)
