Oscar Alquiler de Coches is looking for an Personal Assistant to support the CEO in both business and personal matters. No two days are the same – and that’s exactly what excites you.

What will you be doing

As the right hand to our CEO (Danish, non-Spanish-speaking), you’ll be the key link between him and everything happening in and around our Málaga office. You’ll make sure things run smoothly – in the office, with suppliers, and in his schedule – so he can fully focus on growing the company. You’ll support him on both business and personal matters. From coordinating strategic meetings to handling practical personal errands – you take it all in stride and keep things moving

Your responsibilities will include:

Office management: You’ll ensure everything in the office runs smoothly, coordinate with suppliers and service providers, and manage day-to-day operations down to the last detail.

Scheduling and coordination: You’ll handle the CEO’s calendar, organise meetings and appointments, and make sure he’s always well-prepared.

Business and personal assistance: You’ll support the CEO with a wide range of tasks – from managing key projects to arranging personal errands or travel.

Liaison and translator: You’ll support the CEO in communications with Spanish-speaking partners and public institutions – both verbal and written.

Independent projects: You’ll take full ownership of certain tasks or projects, running them from start to finish.

Flexible multitasker: You love structure, but when priorities shift, you switch gears without missing A beat.

Trusted confidant: You’ll build a close working relationship with the CEO and handle all sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Who are you?
