Formación

Overview

At ING Hubs Spain we are looking for Personal Assistant.

Your role and work environment

You’ll work closely with the Management Team of the new Hubs Spain organization, providing administrative support, helping them to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks. You will be part of a global organization of Hubs with international content in your daily work.

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Hubs Spain.

Your key responsibilities
  • Act as a first point of contact.
  • Proactively manage and maintain the agenda of the management team members by scheduling meetings and conference calls, arranging appointments.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and events to ensure all required materials and catering requirements are provided.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Expenses and credit card reconciliation.
  • Miscellaneous support tasks.
  • Ad-hoc support for major projects as and when necessary.
  • Liaise with other PAs at international level to ensure commitments are met.
