About the Role

We're looking for a dependable and organized Personal Assistant based in Barcelona to support our CEO in day-to-day life and help keep things running behind the scenes. This role includes a mix of personal tasks and light professional coordination, with the potential to take on more over time as the business grows.

You’ll help manage scheduling, logistics, errands, and communications — often acting as a right hand to make sure things don’t fall through the cracks. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys being helpful, is naturally proactive, and is excited to grow into new responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal & Day-to-Day Support
    • Help manage calendars and appointments
    • Coordinate errands, household admin, and travel
    • Keep things organized — from bookings to reminders

About You
  • You're someone who:
    • Speaks and writes fluently in Spanish and English
    • Is based in or near Barcelona and has a valid driver’s license
    • Is organized, dependable, and good at staying on top of details
    • Picks things up quickly and communicates clearly
    • Feels comfortable using tech tools (email, calendars, shared docs)
    • Doesn’t mind switching between personal and work-related tasks
    • Takes pride in making things run smoothly
    • Is open to learning and growing with the team over time
