Le rôle implique la conception de modèles de valorisation, l’intégration de données de marché et ESG, et l'amélioration des calculs de tarification. About the role

As a Performance & Risk Modeling Analyst at Flanks, you will be responsible for developing performance and risk metrics for multi-product portfolios, ensuring accuracy and alignment with industry standards. You will design and automate scalable valuation models, integrating market and ESG data to enhance precision. Additionally, you will optimize pricing calculations and automate reporting to improve efficiency in delivering key valuation insights.

What you'll do :

• Design and automation of valuation models across a broad range of asset classes.
• Implementation and automation of performance and risk measurement metrics.
• Integration of market data and ESG factors into valuation frameworks.
• Optimization of pricing methodologies and development of automated reporting solutions.

What we'd love to see :

• 3–5 years of experience in asset valuation within asset management firms, banks, custodians, or financial consultancy.
• Ability to develop and standardize the calculation of performance and risk metrics for multi-asset portfolios, ensuring alignment with industry-recognized methodologies.
• Proven experience in the valuation of derivatives, fixed income, structured products, private equity, and illiquid assets.
• Advanced financial and mathematical modeling skills and proficiency in database management (SQL) and quantitative tools.
• Programming skills in Python, R, SQL, MATLAB, or VBA.
• FRM or CFA certification will be considered a strong asset.
• Experience in integrating ESG metrics into asset valuation processes.
• Language Proficiency : Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish to collaborate effectively in our bilingual environment.
