Formación

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en medios de rendimiento y marketing digital.
  • Experiencia demostrada en la gestión de campañas B2B a gran escala, especialmente en Google Ads.
  • Fluidez en español e inglés.

We are seeking a Performance Media Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital acquisition strategies, managing large-scale B2B paid media campaigns, and optimizing performance across channels. You will play a key part in driving growth and ensuring efficient use of significant advertising budgets.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in our Barcelona office.

Responsabilidades principales
  1. Design, implement, and manage digital acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and forecasts.
  2. Lead collaboration with global digital channel teams to drive optimization and performance excellence.
  3. Manage local digital channel execution, adapting strategies for market nuances while maintaining global consistency.
  4. Oversee large-scale B2B paid media campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and other major platforms.
  5. Drive performance-driven creative and copy production, ensuring high-impact, conversion-focused assets.
  6. Manage significant advertising budgets with precision, ensuring proper pacing and spend alignment across the month.
  7. Analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights to continually improve results.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting strategies, results, and optimizations clearly.
What we're looking for
  1. 5+ years of experience in performance media and/or digital marketing.
  2. Proven, hands-on experience managing large-scale B2B paid media campaigns - particularly Google Ads.
  3. Strong background in performance-driven creative and copy production.
  4. Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills.
  5. Demonstrated success managing and pacing substantial advertising budgets.
  6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
  7. Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
