Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads)

Position Overview

This role is part of the Group Marketing team at team.blue, a leader in online services across Europe.

The main goal is to increase new client acquisition while optimizing our primary KPI (cost of acquisition) against benchmarks.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads), you will develop, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns to drive web traffic, generate leads/customers, and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Execute campaigns across digital channels such as social media, search engines, and display ads.
  • Manage daily activities on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn accounts.
  • Measure and report campaign performance, evaluating ROI and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including PPC, social media, and display advertising.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Proficient in web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, functions).
  • Good project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative with attention to ad asset details.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS/B2B marketing advantageous.
  • Knowledge of AI tools.

Training

Initial training of 2-3 weeks, online, full-time.
