Now we’re growing our performance marketing team, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to dive deep, learn fast, and help us scale smarter.
You’ll join a collaborative, cross-functional environment with experts in Paid Search, Paid Social, Organic, Analytics, and Creative. You’ll support the setup, launch, and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and more. This is a hands-on role built for someone who already understands the basics of paid media and wants to accelerate their impact by owning results, experimenting with new ideas, and learning from experienced specialists.
This is a hybrid job opportunity (2 days / week in the office) based in Barcelona
What you’ll drive :
- Support the development and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube) and social platforms (Meta, TikTok).
- Support strategy and execution for experiments across creatives, audiences, placements, and messaging.
- Track campaign execution and flag underperformers - help us move fast with clear, data-backed insights.
- Contribute to A / B testing plans and use results to iterate and scale what works.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Content, Organic Social, and Analytics to align paid efforts with bigger brand goals.
- Use dashboards and analytics tools (Google Analytics, ad platforms) to report on outcomes and suggest improvements.
What you’ll achieve in your first 12 months :
Campaign mastery : Within 3 months, independently handle the setup and optimization of at least 3 campaigns, improving Click-Through-Rate by 10% or lowering Cost-Per-Action by 5%.Insight reporting : Starting in month 2, own weekly reports for assigned campaigns, delivering insights on time in 90%+ of cases.Test-and-learn mindset : Run 2+ A / B tests monthly on creatives or landing pages, and present learnings that drive future strategy.Problem-solving : Identify and resolve at least 3 common ad disapproval issues in your first 3 months.Full onboarding : Complete all paid media onboarding tasks in your first 5 weeks. Earn Meta and Google Ads certifications by month 3.What sets you apart :
