A leading compensation management startup is seeking a Paid Marketing Specialist to plan and manage campaigns across multiple channels. About You

  • You have 2 years of relevant experience in paid marketing, growth, or demand-generation roles, with a track record of achieving business objectives and improving performance.
  • You're an expert in hands-on campaign management (SEM, PPC, Paid Social, Retargeting) with proficiency in at least one core channel (Google and Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • You are fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both.
  • You move fast, think like a hacker, and aren’t afraid to test, break, debug, and iterate relentlessly — done is better than perfect, and speed is your default.
  • You constantly seek first-mover advantages on channels, tactics, hacks, or growth opportunities that could drive new business.
  • You are comfortable switching between analytics, A/B testing, brainstorming, and product feature enhancements.
  • You have a passion for data-driven decisions, with experience in split testing, funnel optimization, and metrics development.
  • You have experience with outbound and automation tools like Make, N8N, or Clay, or are eager to learn them.

The Role

On a typical day, you will...

  • Plan, launch, and manage targeted campaigns across multiple channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Review Platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Capterra) to drive customer acquisition.
  • Continuously optimize the sales pipeline by leveraging data at every step of the customer journey.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target buyers and ideal customer profile, translating that into effective strategies and campaigns.
  • Apply structured testing to validate hypotheses, recommend improvements, and identify scalable tactics, channels, and messaging.
  • Design, execute, and manage end-to-end growth experiments, from ideation to QA and launch.
  • Track, analyze, and report on weekly and monthly channel metrics, KPIs, and progress toward goals.
  • Contribute to the growth of Coverflex’s acquisition channels (Outbound, Paid, Lifecycle, etc.) while leading or supporting cross-functional experiments.

Webflow, Make, Amplitude, Lemlist, Clearbit, Lightdash, Dreamdata, Segment, Airtable, HubSpot, and over 20 other tools (plus any you believe will help us succeed).

Salary Range

The total gross salary range for this position is €34,000 to €40,000, depending on your experience, plus health insurance and other benefits.
