ROLE DESCRIPTION

As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels to achieve our ambitious growth targets. Google and Meta are the starting point from where you will develop further channels that yield excellent, measurable results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and implementing performance marketing strategies across a suite of paid advertising channels, managing a 6-digit yearly budget.
• Forecasting and tracking campaign budgets to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (creative, product, sales, etc.) to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals.
• Analyzing campaign performance and key metrics.
• Conducting A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and target audiences.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Degree in Business Administration or Marketing from a top school in Europe or the US.
• Structured and disciplined work habits, fast and analytical thinker, very attentive to detail.
• 2+ years experience in performance marketing.
• Experience in content marketing, Amazon ads, and affiliate programs is a big plus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian is a big plus.

All employees must be EU residents with a work permit for Spain. The job is based 100% onsite at our HQ in Alcobendas, Madrid.
