YOUR IMPACT

As a Paid Search Specialist, you’ll drive high-intent traffic and customer acquisition through strategic SEM campaigns. Managing Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and more, you’ll optimize performance to maximize ROI and conversions, ensuring travelers find the right experiences at the right time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO?

  • Develop & manage paid search strategies across multiple markets.
  • Optimize campaigns through bidding, keyword strategy & A / B testing.
  • Leverage data & analytics to improve CPA & ROAS.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, content & creative teams.
  • Stay ahead of trends to enhance paid search performance.

WHO YOU ARE?

  • 3+ years managing Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising.
  • Expertise in SEM strategy, bidding, and keyword optimization.
  • Experience with A / B testing & landing page optimization.
  • Proven success managing high-budget campaigns with strong ROI.
  • Passionate about the travel industry, with strong analytical and creative skills to address marketing challenges and adapt to changes.
  • Detail-oriented and strategic, able to communicate results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while optimizing campaigns.
