A leading food-focused company in Barcelona is seeking a data-driven marketer to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google Ads. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is skilled in A/B testing, and passionate about food and travel. This role offers freelance collaboration and the possibility for remote work.
Your Responsibilities
Manage optimize and scale paid campaigns on Meta Google Ads and other relevant channels
Develop a full-funnel strategy : TOFU brand ads MOFU destination-driven ads and BOFU retargeting
Continuously analyze performance A / B test creatives and improve conversion metrics
Collaborate with our creative and content teams to brief and iterate on ad creatives (UGC video banners)
Own reporting : budget tracking ROAS CPA and growth insights
Identify and test new paid media opportunities (TikTok Pinterest YouTube etc.)
Qualifications : You Are
A data-driven marketer with hands-on experience in managing paid traffic at performance-focused startups or marketplaces
Comfortable with both strategy and execution from campaign planning to daily optimization
Confident in tools like Meta Ads Manager Google Ads GA4
Fluent in English self-starting and flexible in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about food travel or both!
