THE ROLE
Chiliz is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with proven expertise in crypto and Web3 marketing to lead and oversee our paid media efforts across multiple business units. This role requires a strategic leader with deep knowledge of performance marketing, paid social, media buying, and analytics—particularly within crypto trading and Web3-native communities.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the relationship with an external agency, ensuring that all paid media initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact. While execution is agency-led, this role will require strong analytical oversight, strategic input, and leadership to optimize performance marketing strategies and ensure effective audience targeting across key Web3 platforms.
