Performance & Growth Marketing Lead

Now, as we expand into new markets, we’re looking for a Performance & Growth Marketing Lead who can drive growth strategically and execute with precision. This role reports directly to the Head of Online Sales & Marketing in Spain and will play a key role in shaping and growing our newly established local team for the Spanish market.
Your Dual Mission: Performance + Growth
- Performance Excellence: Scale & Optimize
- Scale high-impact campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Paid Social, Affiliation…), balancing growth and CPA efficiency.
- Manage and optimize acquisition budgets in real-time, reallocating spend toward top-performing channels, cutting underperforming initiatives, and proposing innovative, cost-effective strategies to acquire customers and increase their lifetime value.
- Analyze performance and support optimization efforts: identify drop-off points in the funnel and partner with Product and Tech teams to improve the user journey.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategy, maximize ROI, and ensure robust tracking across all initiatives.
- Explore new acquisition channels and strategies—both paid and organic—to unlock untapped opportunities.
- Foster a test-and-learn culture: launch measurable experiments, iterate quickly, and scale what works.
- Monitor trends and search behaviors to identify high-potential keywords and engagement opportunities.
- Optimize CRM and customer touchpoints, using data to refine engagement and retention strategies.
- Support the marketing roadmap by testing bold ideas that drive brand awareness and demand.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in developing, launching, and managing performance marketing campaigns, particularly in Google Ads, with a proven track record of impact on growth.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion funnel analysis, and ROI optimization.
- Analytical mindset, capable of spotting patterns, modeling scenarios, and turning insights into action.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to align teams and stakeholders.
- Startup mindset: someone who thrives in agile environments, embraces experimentation, and works well cross-functionally.
It’s a Big Plus If You Also Have
- Experience with advanced analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Data Studio).
- Good level of Spanish.
- CRM expertise or lifecycle marketing know-how.
- Experience working with Product and Tech teams or in a startup environment.
This role is ideally hybrid based in Madrid, or remotely based in Milan, with the expectation of frequent travel to Madrid.
