Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts seeks a Performance Benchmarking Analyst to ensure accurate, accessible data on hotel and market performance. You will support the Director in coordinating data exchanges with external providers and validate data from STR, CBRE, Lodging Econometrics and others.

You will design reliable data models, build dashboards, and help teams interpret performance metrics such as RGI and competitive-set composition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with Finance data systems.
• Experience structuring big data and using ML tools.
• Experience with dashboards and data querying tools (Tableau/Kyvos).

Responsibilities

• Process weekly industry inbound data from STR and validate it.
• Manage inbound/outbound data pipelines to vendors and perform adjustments.
• Make industry data accessible to corporate colleagues.
• Design structured data models to enable reliable market insights.
• Research data disparities and synchronize database information.
• Provide internal guidance on data practices and documentation.
• Understand RGI and competitive-set composition and advise accordingly.
• Support STR digital products for hotels and corporate teams.
• Engage with external data partners (STR, CBRE, Lodging Econometrics, Howarth).
