About the Role

We are seeking a talented Ad Creative Producer to join our marketing team. This full-time role drives the advertising creative process across multiple consumer-focused brands. You will develop new ad concepts, manage production timelines, and collaborate with various teams to ensure creatives captivate and convert. You will work under the Ad Creative Lead and coordinate with User Acquisition Managers to refine and optimize advertising strategies based on performance data.

Responsibilities
  • Creative Development: ideate and conceptualize ad creatives that resonate with diverse audiences and support customer acquisition.
  • Industry awareness: stay ahead of trends and integrate innovative elements into creative production to captivate and convert.
  • Collaboration: work with design teams to transform ideas into compelling ad creatives aligned with brand values and campaign goals.
  • Project Management: oversee production to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with creative vision, optimizing impact on acquisition.
  • Cross-functional coordination: collaborate with designers, UA managers, and other teams to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality outputs.
  • Performance Analysis: analyze ad creative performance across platforms, identify top contributors to acquisition, and generate hypotheses for A/B testing.
  • Reporting: provide regular updates to the Ad Creative Lead on impact and effectiveness of ad creatives.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: conduct competitor research and identify trends to improve market positioning and engagement.
  • Collaborative Efforts: liaise between creative teams and UA managers to optimize creatives based on real-time data; lead brainstorming sessions to boost creativity and acquisition.
Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in creative production or a similar role, preferably in tech-focused or consumer product companies. Proven track record of managing creative projects from inception to completion. Strong portfolio of high-performing digital ads.

Technical Skills: Expertise in digital advertising platforms and performance metrics; proficiency with project management and collaboration tools; ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights; up-to-date knowledge of AI tools in creative production to generate innovative ad creatives.

Personal Qualities: Strong creative vision; excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for handling multiple projects.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies and changes in the digital marketing landscape; willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches.

Location

Ruby Labs operates in the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country may apply if located within approximately ±4 hours of CET to ensure collaboration during working hours.
