What you will do

The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a People Systems & Process Manager in the People Analytics & Projects team you will be in charge of:

  • System Administration & Configuration:
    • Serve as an administrator for our main HRIS, Cornerstone, and other HR systems.
    • Configure and maintain modules, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system integrity.
    • Conduct thorough QA and UAT for all system changes and updates.
    • Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues and stay informed on new software versions and features.
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting.
  • Process Improvement & Project Management:
    • Proactively identify and analyze inefficiencies within People Team processes.
    • Design, develop, and implement solutions to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and increase data accuracy.
    • Leverage AI technologies to enhance productivity and foster innovation across the team.
    • Lead and coordinate pilots and other projects from start to finish, managing stakeholders and timelines independently.
    • Drive the automation of HR processes, including potential implementation and management of AI applications.
    • Maintain data quality and integrity across all HR systems. Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrations between HR systems to ensure seamless integration with the tools.
Qualifications

What you need to succeed:

Good to have

  • Relevant experience in an HRIS Administrator or System Analyst role.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently and drive process improvements.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong focus on results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Cornerstone is a strong plus.
  • Technical experience with system integrations, APIs, and scripting languages is highly valued.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI-powered assistants.
  • Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into workflows.
  • AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
  • Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
