Nutanix in Barcelona is seeking an HR professional to support a multi-country employee lifecycle within a hybrid work setup. You will act as the first point of contact for employees, ensuring accurate data, timely responses, and coordination with CoEs on HR processes.

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years in HR, strong communication skills, proficiency with ServiceNow and Workday HCM, and a multilingual ability (English plus additional languages).

About the Team

The Global People Services (GPS) team is responsible for delivering high‑quality services to employees across various employment lifecycle and people program needs, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruitment, training and development, payroll, and compliance. They work collaboratively with other teams within the People Team and relevant stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a seamless employee experience and uphold compliance with employment laws and regulations. The GPS team operates in a fast‑paced environment and thrives on finding creative solutions to challenges. They are dedicated to continuously improving the delivery of people services and strive for excellence in their work.

Your Role

• Own multi‑country portfolio for all standard HR processes and employee lifecycle such as New Hire Onboarding process & New Hire Induction, Immigration & Relocation, Offboarding process, Employee lifecycle.
• Act as first point of contact for all employees and hiring managers via our People Portal; respond accurately and timely to employee queries, work closely with other CoEs to ensure resolution.
• Provide compensation changes reports to payroll and finance for monthly actioning.
• With high focus on compliance, support with financial audits and government surveys, Works Council coordination, perform HR data audits. Maintain employee records, ensure data integrity and accuracy following GDPR regulations.
• Act as Absence Management Partner: keep record of sickness and time‑off plans. Manage long‑term absence plan cases.
• Support with projects; implementation of new processes/services/policies and optimization opportunities in collaboration with other CoEs as PBP, Systems, Total Rewards, Payroll.

What You Will Bring

• Human Resources professional with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Highly focused on employee experience
• Strong and confident communicator
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects successfully
• Solution driven, hands‑on, get things done attitude
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and ability to communicate effectively in French/Dutch/German and have a conversational level in Spanish
• ServiceNow and Workday HCM experience

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between EUR €32,000 and EUR €40,000 per year. Please note that the salary offered may vary depending on relevant objective factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
