A global rewards management company located in Spain is seeking a People Rewards Partner to design and execute Total Rewards programs. The successful candidate will oversee the total rewards strategy, develop communication strategies for employees, and manage global mobility policies. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and 2-3 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards.

What are we looking for

The People Rewards Partner will be responsible for the design, development, analysis, and execution of Total Rewards programs globally, always following our Company Core values to accelerate our Mission, Values, and DNA. They will partner and coordinate with other Global Centers of Excellence and ensure proper implementation across all geographies through local People Services areas, working in partnership with People Leaders to define and establish strategies to maximize the Total Rewards function’s efficiency. The role involves innovating and digitalizing knowledge and tools to ensure our rewards and people practices are competitive, drive business results, and support both short- and long-term vision, including needs analysis and innovative solutions.

What you will do

  1. Oversee the design, evolution, development, and maintenance of our total rewards strategy and programs, including total compensation, benefits, and mobility.
  2. Suggest and develop communication strategies to inform employees and build strong employee value propositions.
  3. Prepare and participate in salary surveys, establish salary structures, and develop policies and procedures to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensation, including equity.
  4. Create and document an enterprise total rewards philosophy, along with consistent policies, processes, communications, and calendars for activities such as promotions and annual increases.
  5. Develop the compensation function, including base, short-term and long-term incentive compensation, sales compensation, annual review cycles, and equity administration.
  6. Participate in market data survey selection and analysis.
  7. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of rewards programs to ensure alignment with business and talent strategies, monitor market trends, and recommend changes as needed.
  8. Manage end-to-end total rewards programs, including global mobility strategies, policies, programs, and processes aligned with talent strategy and core values.
  9. Contribute to long-term strategic planning, including designing self-service options for mobility programs to increase efficiencies.
  10. Prepare annual global total rewards plans and reports for executive review.
  11. Analyze and implement new benefits programs.
  12. Provide education and counsel to executives, managers, and HR teams on total rewards practices.
  13. Benchmark policies against internal feedback and external market standards, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend strategic changes.

What you need to succeed

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields.

Preferred:

Business MBA or Master’s in HR.

Work experience Required:

2-3 years of Total Rewards experience with increasing responsibilities.
