A global rewards management company located in Spain is seeking a People Rewards Partner to design and execute Total Rewards programs. The successful candidate will oversee the total rewards strategy, develop communication strategies for employees, and manage global mobility policies. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and 2-3 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards.
What are we looking for
The People Rewards Partner will be responsible for the design, development, analysis, and execution of Total Rewards programs globally, always following our Company Core values to accelerate our Mission, Values, and DNA. They will partner and coordinate with other Global Centers of Excellence and ensure proper implementation across all geographies through local People Services areas, working in partnership with People Leaders to define and establish strategies to maximize the Total Rewards function’s efficiency. The role involves innovating and digitalizing knowledge and tools to ensure our rewards and people practices are competitive, drive business results, and support both short- and long-term vision, including needs analysis and innovative solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields.
Preferred:
Business MBA or Master’s in HR.
Work experience Required:
2-3 years of Total Rewards experience with increasing responsibilities.
