Responsabilidades

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with preparation of employment offers and contracts.
• Provide administrative support for benefits enrollment.
• Prepare reports and perform data analysis for the People department.
• Ensure accurate filing and maintenance of employee documentation.
• Carry out general People administrative tasks, including time management and payroll administration.
• Support internal communications within the People function.
• Act as a point of contact for new joiners during onboarding journey.
