Formación

About CoW DAO

About The Role

Location : Fully remote, preference for Europe or remote + / - 4 hours CEST. Not hiring from US, Australia, or New Zealand.

Position : Full-time contractor. About 65% People Ops, 35% recruitment.

Join our global team of 30+ CoWs, based in Lisbon and worldwide, and help us grow and build an awesome team!

What You’ll Do

  • Manage HRIS (hiBob) for employment lifecycle transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Create engaging initiatives to foster team engagement and celebrate achievements.
  • Handle contracts and HR administrative tasks related to team data.
  • Organize company off-sites and team-building activities.
  • Maintain data accuracy, meet SLAs, and promote a data-driven approach.
  • Improve People processes for efficiency and team-friendliness.
  • Support team members, new hires, and stakeholders with processes, policies, and queries.
  • Collaborate across teams and locations.
  • Partner with recruitment to attract talent and manage the hiring process.

Who You Are

  • 2-3 years in People Operations, HR, and recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • People-first mindset with emotional intelligence and passion for growth.
  • Understanding of employment vs. contracting.
  • Knowledge of labor laws is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, problem-solving, proactive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English, familiar with HR systems and ATS platforms.
