Job summary

Bending Spoons in Madrid is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to join our Customer Support team. You will work on day-to-day operational needs and long-term projects, building processes and scalable systems to deliver great support efficiently and at scale.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to identify recurring issues, shape the support experience for newly acquired products, and leverage data and AI to measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer support operations through projects such as onboarding external providers and redesigning how support is organized.
• Build scalable support systems including help centers, chatbots, automated flows, and AI-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify recurring issues and translate insights into product improvements.
• Shape the support experience for acquired products by coordinating operations, tools, and processes.
• Use data and AI to monitor support performance, identify improvements, and measure impact of changes.
