Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR / People Experience Advisor to join our team at the Orbigo Plant, supporting our manufacturing function. This is a fixed-term contract until the end of 2025.

How you will contribute
  • Address complex queries requiring local support by explaining people practices, processes, and policies to employees and People Managers.
  • Support the implementation of local BU projects or initiatives.
  • Assist with recruitment campaigns, maintain updated company policies, and support various people activities including onboarding, induction, and absence management.
  • Collaborate closely with People Services Advisors from different HR workstreams to prioritize based on Business Unit needs.
  • Handle HR administration and HR system transactions.
  • Drive continuous improvement (CI) and process efficiency to enhance employee experience.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR questions from employees and managers.
