Formación

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en recursos humanos, preferiblemente con exposición internacional.
  • Fluidez en español e inglés es imprescindible.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate People Excellence Partner as a catalyst for the deployment of the One Sanofi People Strategy in Iberia. The incumbent will contribute to the achievement of the company's short- and long-term goals by delivering foundational P&C excellence (talent management, rewards & performance, organization, culture, etc.) whilst ensuring alignment to Sanofi’s Global Business Strategy as well as the Play to Win culture.

Main responsibilities :

  1. Drive local deployment of global One Sanofi and P&C strategy and core processes across GBU / GF (Global Business Units / Global Functions). Work with People Business Partners and COEs to execute against local people priorities and provide operational in-country support, focused on delivering foundational P&C excellence. Support managers with day-to-day P&C cycle activities as second interaction point.
  2. Provide P&C support to execute business decisions.
  3. Reflect changes in local processes, procedures, and policies according to CoE guidelines.
  4. Support delivery of people & culture activities that require on-site presence or where local language requirements cannot be covered by the hubs.
  5. Talent Acquisition – Support on-site activities as required in partnership with TA team.
  6. Talent Management – Deliver P4G (potential for growth) workshops to upskill People Managers. Engage in calibration talent reviews as needed to support 1st line managers. Support employees and managers locally in development advice.
  7. Rewards and Recognition – Support adjustment and negotiation of collective labor agreements, manage personnel cost / budget, local plans.
  8. Insights – Handle reporting requests using local data sources (e.g., local government reports).
  9. Org Design and Effectiveness - Implement organizational changes in local systems (if required), manage reorganizations by supporting union / works council negotiations as well as managing the transition / exit of people.
  10. Employee Relations – Advise managers on employee relations matters & handle cases end-to-end.
  11. Mobility - Support on-site relocation, if necessary, e.g., in-person confirmation of employment.
  12. Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and process improvement ideas and implementation.
  13. Proactively encourage all line managers and employees to utilize Employee Self Service / Manager Self Service and One Support.

About you :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR is required. International exposure is desirable.
  3. Great leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization & ability to represent P&C externally. Experience with advanced HR policies and global companies.
  4. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  5. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  6. Fluency in Spanish and English is a must. Portuguese is a plus.
