Eterniti is seeking a seasoned People Director to lead HR across the group from our Barcelona office. The role focuses on protecting and evolving culture while delivering excellence in recruitment, development, and people analytics across destinations.

You will report to the CEO and COO, shape the HR strategy, and drive employee engagement. A flexible, hybrid work model is available with part-time or full-time possibilities and international collaboration.

Formación

• At least 5 years of senior HR/People experience across multiple entities or countries.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a fast-growing startup.
• Strategic HR business partnering with a hands-on execution approach.

Responsabilidades

• Act as HR Business Partner for all group companies and ensure HR monitoring and compliance.
• Lead culture, internal communication projects and annual HR planning.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and training for the group; develop coaching skills.
