Eterniti seeks an experienced Senior HR Leader to partner with the executive team across all group companies. Based in Barcelona, you will drive HR strategy, culture, and talent development while overseeing two HR teammates and the integration of acquired entities.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, HR analytics, and cross‑functional projects, with a flexible work policy including part-time/full-time options and home-office days.

Formación

• 5+ years of senior HR/People experience across entities or countries.
• Strategic HR business partnering with hands-on delivery.
• Comfort with dashboards, KPIs and data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as HR Business Partner for all group companies.
• Own OKRs, culture, communication and engagement initiatives.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development.
• Manage two HR team members and integration post-acquisition.
