QUÉ HARÁS DÍA A DÍA
Act as a P&C business partner to the unit manager on all People topics.
Lead and develop the P&C team to deliver an excellent co-worker experience.
Ensure the implementation of the market people strategy and action plan.
Influence management to develop leadership across functions.
Collaborate on the store’s succession plan, focusing on high performers and potentials.
Lead by example, embodying our Values and fostering a living IKEA culture.
Manage coworker relations, ensuring compliance with labour principles, policies, and laws.
Coordinate with the Business Navigation Manager on budget allocation for effective people planning.
