The Hoxton Poblenou in Barcelona, part of Ennismore, is seeking a motivated intern to support daily people operations for 5–6 months starting September 2026. You’ll engage in recruitment tasks, onboarding, event planning, and admin duties, while enjoying training and development opportunities.

Fluency in Spanish and English, plus a hospitality or HR degree focus, will help you thrive in a dynamic, creative hospitality environment and build strong internal relationships within the Ennismore

Formación

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or Human Resources Management.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi‑task and stay on top of priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruitment needs, including CV pre-screening and telephone screening.
• Advertise vacancies on The Hoxton website and local boards.
• Organise coffee chats with new starters and coordinate team events.
• Handle admin tasks like training tracking, scanning, and business card orders.
• Set up team accounts and support tech needs as required.
• Assist in candidate communications and onboarding logistics.

Reporting to our People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the daily people operations for 5‑6 months from September 2026.

What you’ll do

• Support the team with recruitment needs, CV pre‑screening and telephone screening.
• Advertise vacancies on The Hoxton website and local recruitment job boards.
• Organise coffee chats with all new starters.
• Fun‑time Friday, gettogethers? That’s your domain. You arrange the regular events that everyone looks forward to.
• Get involved in the Team activities.
• And yes, there’s some admin… Some training tracking, some scanning, some business card order. But let’s face it, we know you love that!
• Tech? No issue. You know your systems and can set up accounts for the team.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management or Human Resources Management.
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

• You are scarily organised, have the ability to multi‑task and spin a million plates in the air at one time, prioritise and re‑prioritise as things come in.
